Was told "Vehicle Health Check" report had been emailed to me. Queried this and was told it was "Unavailable". Disappointing. Vacuuming of car footwells was very poorly done.

The service was undertaken efficiently, but I don't like dealing with parts and fitting separately.

All good but for 2 areas. The location is hard to get to with no loan car or drop off / collection option. Mot found a small buckle to a wheel and this was easily repaired professionally for £60. BMW answer £425 new wheel - no other options
