I wasn't properly informed to which Centre my car would be taken to, ended up walking to the Centre which is in an inconvenient place for me as I also didn't manage to get a replacement car.

Friendly staff. Good communication and transparency with predicted costs of MOT and service. Great having tyres washed and the interior hoovered. Loved that but curious why the boot wasn't included. A small thing but otherwise very happy.
