Friendly staff. Good communication and transparency with predicted costs of MOT and service. Great having tyres washed and the interior hoovered. Loved that but curious why the boot wasn't included. A small thing but otherwise very happy.

Check in was polite and efficient, but I only approved the condenser, brake fluid and adding engine oil, but all recommended work, including 2 new tyres was completed. I only saw this when the payment schedule was emailed to me.
